Black Legacy Homeowners &CACE 21 are joining forces to co-host a Summer BBQ for the Black community Sunday, Aug 17th 12:30pm at Blanche Lavizzo Park, 2050 S. Jackson Both community organizations seek to empower and preserve Black homeownership in Seattle. This event is intended to be a space where Black homeowners can commune with one another and engage in peer-to-peer discussions on the state of homeownership. Parking will be available at McKinney Center (formerly known as SVI). Please join us for some good food catered by Def Chef, and fun community games for all ages! We’ll be playing Dominos, Uno, and other card games in the park.
